The contact form collects the name, work email, company and project details you choose to submit. We use that information only to respond to your enquiry and to scope the work you asked about.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months. Records tied to a signed engagement are retained for the period required by our accounting obligations, then deleted.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Information is disclosed only to the consultants assigned to your enquiry, or where we are legally required to do so.

Topologies, configurations, addressing plans and any documentation you share with us are treated as confidential. They are used solely to deliver the agreed work and are never reused as templates for other clients without written permission.

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add measurement tooling in future, this page will be updated before it goes live.

You can ask us to provide a copy of, correct, or delete the information you have submitted. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
